Our Mazak and Hyundai CNC machines provide everything from long run production to complex, one off prototype components. Operating since the 1970s, we’ve built up real expertise in a number of key fields . Our carbon plate machining division supplies graphite liners primarily to the silicon chip industry. So all our components are cleaned in purified water through ultrasonic cleaners, oven baked and then packaged. General components, including those for the medical and scientific industries. We’ve been machining ion implant componentry for the silicon chip industry for over 30 years. It was work in this field that sparked our move into specialist carbon plate machining following a request from a major client. And we have a specialist team engineering precision components from nema destined for scientific use. Creating some of the most innovative spar components in the world, we now have a specialist marine division Precision Marine Ltd.
