What you should know about NZ School Of Coaching
We've been working in Professional Coaching since 2003 and have clocked up a signifcant level of experience and knowledge in that time. We want to share this with you, delivering customized solutions which help to resolve personal, life or business issues and to position you as a high performing individual. We are based in New Zealand, where we extend to many countries around the world. Our Founder is Margaret Wyn, who, in 2003, set out on an exciting journey into the Profession of Coaching.
She has been responsible for establishing The School, researching and developing the products and training many people to become successful Life Coaches, Business Coaches and Executive Coaches. She has also coached thousands of individuals to achieve personal and professional success. Our students are people who come to us individually or through their workplace. They bring life experience, often alongside relevant formal qualifications such as business, psychology, marketing and relevant work experience.
They are seeking to develop their coach specific skills and competencies and wish to formalise their learning with a credible qualification in Professional Coaching. Many students choose to study with us so that they can establish themselves in their own business. Many others complete their training for their own personal and professional development so they can transition to other careers or roles and some study with us so they improve their personal skills in building relationships. She has a breadth and depth of knowledge and skills acquired through a background in teaching, training and coaching and more than 20 years in the corporate sector, specialising in human resource management, organisational development and corporate change.
As a private business owner with 25 years running her own successful business, Margaret has accumulated exposure to both the public and private sectors. With degrees in Business, teaching, educational psychology, and formal training in psychological assessment and coaching, Margaret's academic background is grounded in the realities of the real world. Margaret is founder of the NZ School of Coaching who bring customised training to a wide range of settings, from commerce to schools, for individuals wanting to set up their own coaching business or work in house as a Coach. Margaret is a member of the International Coach Federation, the Human Resource Institute of New Zealand the Australasian Institute of Enterprise Facilitators.
Margaret has achieved outstanding results with clients using a client focused approach which is based on sound coaching and psychological training and experience. She sees her role as to organise energies, help clarify choices and move clients toward action. The real value that she can offer clients as a coach is to inspire and empower change. Our Tutors play a key role in helping students reach their ultimate academic potential and success in achieving their goals
