What you should know about NAtional Mini Storage
In 2015 we completed an extension of our Albany 2 facility adding more storage units and we also opened our 9th facility in Newmarket in November 2016. During our 20 years in business, we have won the following awards for our facilities and staff in competition with other facilities across Australia and New Zealand. At our core, we want to Innovate for Simplicity making it easier for our customers, our suppliers and our staff to interact with one another to achieve the best possible outcome. This means we often lead the market in providing innovative technology and additional services which makes it easier for our customers.
We want to create space in our customer's homes, offices, apartments and warehouses knowing that their stuff is safe and secure in our facilities. We want to make space in their lives by making it quick and simple to deal with us so that they can focus on the important things that are going on. We aim to build enduring professional relationships with our key stakeholders customers, employees, suppliers and others who do business with us. This comes from understanding their needs and working to make sure that we all benefit from working together. We are looking for positive, solution focused team members who enjoy working with customers to get the best storage solution for them. They are critical to achieving our goals and our success is driven by their professionalism and commitment to achieving our branch goals.
They are encouraged to think of new ways of working and we work hard to ensure that they feel part of a bigger team and get a chance to share ideas and learn from each other. There are a mix of roles available at our nine National Mini Storage locations both full and part time roles involving week and weekend work. These part time roles are at several branches and help keep the facilities clean and well maintained. Responsible for managing all aspects of a branch's business from dealing with customers directly, working with their team to achieving sales targets, managing expenses, managing payments and late accounts, monitoring of security and maintaining the facility.
A varied role in our retail branch that involves selling storage to customers through email, phone and in person, dealing with general customer enquiries or payments, maintaining and cleaning the facility as well as security responsibilities
