The same problems Louise O'Sullivan was trying to solve herself a number of years ago. Struggling to provide for her young dog Indie's social development and stimulation needs, Louise realised that best solution was not available locally and decided to create the solution herself. This new facility also enables DogHQ to provide a new open plan over night boarding service to it's customers. Safe socialisation is the number one priority with every dog group being supervised by a human leader at all times. Having twice won the Customer Service section of the prestigious Westpac Auckland North Business Awards in 2012 and 2015, we pride ourselves on ensuring we provide a safe and loving dog day care environment for dogs of all breeds and ages.

Your beginning half day of trial play is absolutely free and can be upgraded to a full day if you wish for just 25 and you'll get to receive home a happy, tired dog. We both work lengthy hours during the week and wanted to ensure that our dog was happy, exercised and safe during the day. After winning the Customer Service sections of the Westpac North Business Awards twice now, it is no surprise that the standard of service has led to a very prosperous business delivering happy, healthy socialized dogs home every day of the occupied week. Lynda looked at other dog day concern facilities but selected DogHQ as there was a mighty focus on puppy development. She’s taken people to visit so they can see for themselves what DogHQ offers.
DogHQ is a professional facility with qualified staff who are dedicated to ensuring every dog is loved, sound and happy. Now serving hundreds of North Shore customers, DogHQ beginning opened its doors in Glen field fair over five years ago now and over that time its reputation as a highly professional dog day concern facility delivering special service is well known. Our Albany site provides for all ages, breeds and size of dog in partition fully supervised groups day and night. Because our Night Protection service is an open, social environment, it is only available to dogs we know and who have been trialed at Day Care.
I know Milo gets the love, affection and concern that I would offer her myself from all the staff. Night Protection at DogHQ provides a changing home away from home with sufficient of human companionship. Busy fulltime, prior she discovered the benefits of DogHQ, Jess would depart Lily at home on her own during the day. I know Milo gets the love, affection and protection that I would give her myself from all the staff. I looked at their services on line and saw they offered a very good puppy development training programmed with a one on one trainer, so decided to offer it a go, says Lynda.
