We created DNA Electrical in 2008 wanting to focus on providing a top quality highly professional electrical service. Since then we have experienced significant growth mostly through good old fashioned word of mouth referrals as to the quality and professionalism of our offering. Our business is based on Auckland’s beautiful North Shore, and services the entire Auckland area. We have a comprehensive set of guidelines for our electricians and apprentices to follow to ensure that we deliver a consistently high level of service and meet our quality, capability and reliability promise. Furthermore our work comes with a free Master Electricians 10,00 workmanship guarantee. Our mission is to exceed our clients expectations through Quality, Capability, and Reliability . Our business has been founded on the quality of our service and installations from the moment you first speak to us through to the electrical plan, job completion, invoice, and client satisfaction follow up call. We take service excellence very seriously and love working together with our clients to produce a quality result and solution for their needs.
We are Master Electricians which means our operations are quality audited by the Electrical Contractors Association of NZ ECANZ . Quote process was very professional and the quality of work can’t be faulted. Our systems and structure enable us to ensure all urgent callouts are dealt with on a same day basis and larger jobs can be scheduled in to ensure continuity of team carrying out our clients projects. We have a showroom available for our clients show casing the broad range of electrical switch gear and lighting available to our clients. Having peace of mind that your electrician will do what they say they will, when they say they will is vital to a strong long term working relationship.

We have systems and processes in place to ensure all our team understand what is expected and required when representing DNA Electrical. Damien and Andrea started DNA Electrical in 2008 and have steadily grown the business. Damien is responsible for Business Development, pricing, project management, and quality control.
Andrea spent 13 years working in the Financial Markets prior to focusing her energies solely on DNA Electrical. Andrea looks after all Business and Finance Management aspects of the Company. While working at DNA Electrical Josh also studied Level 5 Electrical Engineering and gained his Advanced Trade qualification in 2012. Josh is responsible for overseeing daily Operations of our crew, pricing, and project management.
Ash is a registered electrician and looks after the day to day running of the services side of the company. This involves quoting, client meetings, electrical call outs, booking jobs and organising the daily workload of the service electricians
