Jay has worked in the health and disability sector for more than 15 years in various positions, which included non clinical roles, physiotherapy and in senior management. Jillian previously worked as a Team Leader at two of the houses before joining the Management Team. To be piece of an organization like Clever Abilities is truly a fulfilling and rewarding experience for me and has given me an opportunity to enhance my knowledge, attitudes, values and skills as a Team Leader. In her vogue role Christina provides encourage and mentoring to over 100 staff members, and manages a intricate roster for team members in 15 residential houses. Active at Clever Abilities gives me an opportunity to put my nursing experience to work. It was a incredible night enjoyed by many clients, staff, family and friends. The Wild West event took deposit at Ingenious Abilities center on Friday 21st November 2014. In his quality management role, he has executed quality improvement projects to improve client safety and experience.
I am amazed every day with the passion the staff have in supporting clients. Gordon is a registered Electrician by trade and previously worked as the Business Manager for Creative Abilities. We partnered with Literacy North Shore, who assessed each client to identify what glossy of encourage each individual would need to improve their skills. By providing respect and dignity to each individual, they are empowered to be interdependent. I improved my reading skills and enjoyed the time with friends learning together. Hemant completed his Master of Social Work from Massey in 2008 and is currently pursuing his PhD in Social Labor from the University of Auckland.
Later he worked for nearly 5 years with the Health and Disability Commissioner in the role of Disability Initiatives Manager. On arriving in NZ, Hemant worked with Clever Abilities for 6 years in various roles from a Caregiver to Social Services Manager
