It is currently run by Former World Champion, World Silver and Bronze Medallist and 12 times National Champion, Kelly Aitken MBChB BSc BCom. Kelly, a Sport, Health Wellness expert, has had extensive involvement in the sport, fitness and health industries and has helped thousands of clients over the years from all walks of life. As an athlete Kelly represented New Zealand on the world circuit for over 10 years alongside her triplet sisters See JDK , Joanna and Danica. Kelly also represented New Zealand as the New Zealand Head of Delegation and the New Zealand Team Coach on various World Tours.
K elly has extensive experience in strength and conditioning training, aerobic and anaerobic fitness training, specialised core pilates training, speed and flexibility training and nutrition. As a New Zealand High Performance Coach, Kelly has worked with multiple world class athletes, with all her top athletes achieving top 10 world rankings. Kelly has also conducted research for the New Zealand Health and Research Council. Achieve specialises in personal health and fitness, corporate well being programs and elite sport.
Achieve’s health and well being division focuses on inspiring, educating and motivating New Zealanders to lead happy, healthy and balanced lives, become the best they can be and achieve their dreams. Achieve’s elite athlete division focuses on exploring potential, eliminating boundaries, creating champions and making dreams reality. the Aitken triplets Joanna, Danica and Kelly Aitken have travelled the world successfully representing their country for over 10 years in sport aerobics, gymnastics and dance. They are former World Champions, have won several International medals and hold multiple National titles.
JDK have trained in and performed in a variety of dance styles ranging from ballet to jazz, contemporary to latin American and hip hop to reggae. Joanna, Danica and Kelly have also all danced for the Royal New Zealand Ballet. JDK are a dynamic and talented trio who hope to use their diverse background and vast skill set as vehicles for inspiring and motivating New Zealanders to go out there and achieve their own dreams
